A bit about me:
Graduated from Uni in 2001 - then spent 7 years enjoying myself teaching windsurfing and snowboarding around the world. Having a great time before settling back in the UK and entering the real world. Various crap jobs before my first business venture into the world of Landscaping.
In 2009 after we decided to call time on our brief Landscaping business 'Outside Space'. I took a bit of time out to assess what I wanted to do next. I'd already decided I didn't want to depend on somebody else for a wage the rest of my life and be restricted to the hours dictated by someone else - starting the landscaping business proved that. But I also learn't a lot in that shortish venture. There is a big difference between working hard and working smart. Why work hard making someone else Rich when I can work smart and leverage both time and money to secure my own Financial Future.
I decided to play the long game a little and have sacrificed immediate income over the past year or so to start to build for my future and the rest of my life.
Through Property Investment (and trust me its not difficult to get started) and my Utility Warehouse Business I now have a decent passive income that is growing on a monthly basis. I dont write that to show off, cos trust me I aint there yet, but to show that anyone if they want can take control of their own financial situation and make changes and decisions today that will in the future reap significant rewards.
I've met so many cool people over the past 18 months and learnt a great deal from many of them. so much so i've recently agreed to take over and host the Liverpool Property Meet, where my journey pretty much began. I've relaunched this blog to share my experiences with anyone who will listen and hopefully maybe inspire and help some people on a similar path. Please dont be shy - say hello, add me on facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, email me or pick up the phone and say hi.
